As we prepare to launch our next collection, we want to share an important update with you: some prices will increase slightly. This change reflects rising manufacturing costs in Australia, and our commitment to keeping production ethical, sustainable and respectful, without compromising on quality or values.
The Real Cost of Ethical, Australian-Made Fashion
Magpie Goose clothing is created in small batches and made to last. We work with Ethical Clothing Australia-accredited manufacturers, pay artists for their designs, and use environmentally responsible materials and printing techniques. But over the past year, the costs associated with every stage of this process, from sourcing natural fabrics to printing and sewing, have risen significantly.
Instead of outsourcing production overseas or cutting corners, we’re choosing to keep our supply chain local, transparent and ethical. This ensures that every Magpie Goose garment continues to honour First Nations Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP), support local jobs, and tread lightly on Country.
