Return & exchange policy

We want you to be happy with your Magpie Goose item and for it to fit well. We will exchange, provide a store credit, or provide a refund if your item does not fit or if the piece is not right for you!

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your purchased item (but are flexible with gifts!)

1. Submit your request through our returns portal.

2. Wait for our approval.

3. Return your items to us at :

Magpie Goose - Shop 1, 30 King St, Bowen Hills QLD 4006. 

The online form will prompt you to indicate whether you want an exchange, store credit, or refund, and provide an option to indicate preference for exchange. Due to limited print, style and size runs, we might not have your preference available, and will provide store credit or refund if not.

You will bear the cost of returning the item to us; we will cover the cost of sending out your new item.

Please note that we don't accept returns that have been noticably worn, stained or washed as we cannot resell these items.

*If an exchanged item still isn't the right fit and you would like to return an item a second time, we can only offer a store credit and not a refund because of the Shopify system.

Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer returns for store credit or exchange on items that meet the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Items purchased on sale or clearance are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure the quality of every product. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To assist with resolving the issue quickly, include:
• A description of the fault or error.
• Photos clearly showing the issue.
• Your order number and proof of purchase.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, including coverage of return postage costs where applicable.

How to Return an Item
1. Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return, here you can opt for a refund, exchange or shop credit.
2. Ensure your item is securely packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Ship your return to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, we provide store credit or exchanges only.
